Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using xNotify ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

2. Service Description

xNotify is a real-time social platform that enables users to post content, follow other users, join communities, send direct messages, and host live audio spaces. Features may be updated with notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 16 years old to use xNotify.
You must provide a valid email address.
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
One person, one account. Multiple accounts for ban evasion will be terminated.

4. Content Ownership

You own everything you post on xNotify. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You can delete your content at any time, and we'll remove it from our servers within 30 days.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree NOT to:

Post content that is illegal, threatening, or promotes violence
Harass, bully, or doxx other users
Post spam, scams, or deceptive content
Impersonate other people or organizations
Distribute malware or phishing links
Use bots or automation without API access
Post content that exploits or endangers minors

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Creator Monetization

Creators on paid plans can monetize through subscriptions, tips, and exclusive content. xNotify takes a 10% platform fee. Payouts are processed monthly with a $25 minimum threshold.

7. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans (xNotify+, Creator Pro) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided for the current billing period if requested within 7 days.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: we don't sell it, we don't use it for ads, and you can export or delete it anytime.

9. Limitation of Liability

xNotify's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for user-generated content or indirect damages.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently removed.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days notice via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
